A. Outline: FRP pultrusion mould is used for producing the FRP profiles such as rod, tube, beam, frame and etc. The mould is fixed on the frp pultrusion machine, through roving and resin pultrusion process, the FRP profile s is shaped on the mould. The profiles pull out of the moulds by pultrusion pulling section in controlled speed.
B. Specification
1. Higher precious grinder to reach the good linearity and surface;
2. Good hardness of the mold with strong chrome plate.
3. Material: P20, 38CrMoAl, 42CrMo, Cr12;
4. We can reach the linearity: 0.001′, roughness of surface:0.025,HRC>55
5. All the technology support provide, including the pultruded technology
