Fiberglass Stitch mat, Bonder mat, Combo Mat is a kind of multi-layer fabric made fiber roving. Each layer is arranged unidirectional．
It is used in extrusion process. hand lay-up and resin Transfer molding(RTM) process．The main end products are boat shells, pipes, etc
E-glass stitched combo mat consists of two or more layers of fiberglass roving which are stitch-bonded. Layers of roving can be oriented differently and have different linear densities.The roving specification, number of roving layers, mat width and roll diameter can be customized as per requirement.
E-Glass Woven Roving Mat is a complex mat made by stitching together woven roving and a layer of distributed chopped strand. Its main specification is woven roving (300g/m²~900g/m²) with chopped strands (50g/m²~500g/m²). The product has a maximum width of 110 inches. This product can be used for boat manufacturing.
E-Glass stitch bonded mat product is a high strength fiberglass fabric that mechanically combines +/- 45° rovings. These stitch cloths are available with and without chopped glass strand.
